The Retired College Principals and Teachers Federation, Haryana, Karnal is a registered organization formed to bring together retired principals and teachers of Government-aided colleges across Haryana. The Federation was originally registered in 2011 and later issued a revised certificate of registration under the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012. Its registered office is located at House No. 196-R, Model Town, Karnal, Haryana, and its area of operation covers the whole state of Haryana.

Our Vision

To build a strong, united and dignified platform for retired college principals and teachers of Haryana, where every member receives respect, support and rightful representation. The Federation envisions a society in which retired educators continue to contribute their knowledge, experience and values for the improvement of education, social welfare and the upliftment of the underprivileged. It seeks to preserve the honour of the teaching profession while promoting brotherhood, cooperation and collective progress among its members.

Our Mission

  • To organize retired principals and teachers of government-aided colleges in Haryana and provide a common forum for addressing their concerns related to pension, gratuity, arrears, medical benefits, dearness allowance and other service matters.
  • To promote unity, mutual respect, cooperation and a sense of brotherhood among all members of the Federation.
  • To maintain effective liaison with the Government of Haryana, college managements and concerned authorities for the timely redressal of members’ grievances.

President's Message

It gives me immense pleasure to share this message on behalf of the Retired College Principals and Teachers Federation, Haryana. Our Federation represents a community of experienced educationists who have devoted their lives to the service of higher education, academic discipline, and social development. After retirement, our commitment to society, students, and fellow teachers does not end; rather, it takes a new form through guidance, cooperation, and collective welfare.
